I have taken digital enhancement classes at the community college level and I learned more in one of Aaron's classes than in an entire semester there!
Every class was fun, and jam packed with practical techniques that can improve just about any photo in a matter of minutes.
I am definitely taking this course again.
I love the fellowship of working alongside other people just as interested in imaging as I am.
I learned more about channels than I knew before. I love the backwards way of inverting layers - never knew that before and it seems to work better for me now

Aaron Nace is one of those people that come to you to teach what he knows. There are no scripts to follow; he knows what he teaches in photography, creativity, technology, photoshop and the business. He is a rising star destined to become a master in photography and photoshop.
His classes are a must for those who want to make leaps and bounds in their ability to learn Photoshop at any level. I can't wait to see a book or DVD about all his creative art and how to do it. I have a ton of books in PS but his classes cut to the chase and you are immersed with the "right stuff" from the beginning. My photography will never be the same now that I have experienced his creativity and knowledge in the many areas he masters.
I recommend his classes to anyone wanting to know more about PS or photography.

His class is so amazing, no, not like that cheap bottle of Brittany Spears perfume you bought last week. THIS IS PURE AMAZING. Alright, on a serious note, you'll learn so much by taking this class. So what he's not some college professor. In my opinion, he's better than what some college guy could offer. I admit, at first I was skeptical about the whole money thing and how much it cost. Now, after taking the course, I'm going straight into the advanced course in two months when the next offering comes around. Aaron is the index in your little book of learning photoshop. I am amazed at how much knowledge this man pulls out of the top of his head on a whim. He is a living index of troubleshooting and information. His Digital Enhancement Class (Beginners) starts out introducing the main tools that will be used throughout the course. He doesn't just touch base on them, he teaches you how to use each one as explains what the tool does and how you'll be learning about it in the next four weeks of the course. Every class there is something new learned. Don't be afraid you might get lost. I've seen people get lost in our class, me being one of them. Aaron does a wonderful job of coming up with the perfect answer of how to fix it, what might have caused the problem, and how to do it correctly in the future. Aaron provides a fantastic archive of the previous class for your reference at anytime you need assistance. If I could describe Aaron Nace as a person in two words, he's knowledgeably content. With that said, his Digital Enhancement Class really shows how this wonderful teacher can embed the tactics and tools for you to create the works of art you've been wishing for. I really recommend the course, I think you can learn a lot even if you don't have a lot of time and can only watch the recap videos, like I'm doing, you still learn, and Aaron answers all the questions you ask.
I've took photoshop classes in school and I actually learned more with 3 videos from the beginners class than from that 1 year in school. I went to film school and I'm an editor and I graduated top of my class and I've been working since I finished, so you see it's not I didn't pay attention in class is the difference from a good teacher to a "non so good" one.
Aaron teaches things that are actually very useful if you want to make a living out of photography or something related or if you are just an amateur photographer and want to know a few more things!
So I highly recommend the course!!!

My overall impressions of this class are obvious since I've been in everyone of his classes from beginner to multiple advanced classes and will continue in more. The class is simply "perfect" work with a world class artist who opens his secret vault to you and speak to him live if you have questions what else could you possibly want. I went to school for photography/photoshop for two years and didn't learn anywhere near what I learned in Aaron's class in a couple months. The sad thing is that when I finished with school at college I felt like I couldn't learn anymore from the teachers at the school. With Aaron I feel like I can learn something in almost every class. Thanks Aaron for being a big part of my journey to becoming a pro. I really appreciate it.
I originally signed up for this class to improve a little bit since I thought I was already semi advanced in photoshop. After taking a couple classes I realized that I didn't know as much as I thought I did and now my work is starting to reach the professional quality level.
I would recommend this class to anyone who is serious about it or is currently attending a junior college for photoshop. The sad truth is I learned more in a couple months working with Aaron than I did at my photography school in two years.

As an artist/photographer my personal goal is to sharpen my skills so that I will have the freedom to create "QUALITY" artwork that I can be proud of.
I'm going to be honest here and tell you... "it hasn't been easy trying to figure out Photoshop by myself." I got really tired of playing the guessing games and doing it the hard way. The class was absolutely wonderful! I am currently an art student in college, and I have to say that I learned way more about photoshop, lighting, and photography techniques than I have in any of my classes at the university. Aaron also helps with knowing what kind of lighting or equipment is best to buy if you're planning on taking your photography to another level, and will even send links to find it. The classes are always fun and super interesting. I always looked forward to it. My photography and processing has greatly improved since I started this class. Be ready to take in A TON of new information!

I would recommend this class to anyone interested in improving their speed and accuracy working in complex compositions using Adobe Photoshop.
Aaron's work ethic, genuine interest in student progress, and amazing skill with Photoshop made this class a truly unique experience. I came into the class with a with a good grasp of Photoshop, although Aaron has really helped take my ability to the next level in terms of making Photoshop do what I want it to do!
The class format is relaxed, fun, and regular enough to build solid habit patterns inside of Photoshop. If you're ready to improve your photo manipulation skill with this amazingly complex software - this class is for you!

Aaron, what should I say about that guy. An important fact that you should know about me first that I am residing in Kuwait which is about 14 Hours by plane to NYC. First, I was worry about attending the class because of the time difference which is +7 Hours. However, that incredible guy "Aaron" came up with the idea of recording and archiving the class lessons and upload them for us to have them as a reference. This really helped me in learning everything that he taught/demonstrated at the class without attending the classes. In addition, he created an extra sessions, on Saturdays, for those who couldn't attend as a Q&A's session.
Talking about the material it self, it was very organized, he simply can teach you whatever you want to learn in an organized way by using the "desktop sharing feature" which was very easy and clever. He created challenges where everyone could show up his work and to show his improvement in working with photoshop. During the class duration, you could have a one-to-one meeting online to pop your questions or to ask about a specific technique that you want to learn in photoshop. It's just awesome.
I would really recommend joining Aaron classes. I am proud that I've attended his first class, and I can assure you that he will be more helpful and he will bring more ideas in his second class.

Three words: Take. This. Course. If you have ever wanted to be able to manipulate your photos further and get the best out of photoshop, whether a beginner or already slightly advanced, this is the class for you. Don't even look back on the cost - it is definitely worth it. Aaron isn't just a teacher - he's a great guy that makes you feel like you've been friends for ages. He knows what he's talking about, he's filled with inspiration and that inspiration is automatically transferred to everyone he teaches. Although I'm just a beginner, I can't even begin to emphasize how much I've learned and what I can do with photoshop.
I know there's much more, but Aaron has gotten me, and others, over the wall in just a 4 week course. Best of all, it's during the evening and online - so anyone can take it, and it easily fit into my schedule. If you want the most out of your photos, more ideas on what to shoot, lighting info, and new friends, this is the best class you will come across -- and it's all online, in front of you, step by step. Go ahead - take a deep breath and dive right into the world of photoshop. You'll never look at your photos the same again!

The best thing I learned was customizing brushes. Who knew?!? Also, obviously removing someone from a background using channels, was really helpful to know!
The Advanced course was great. It went over a TON of things in Photoshop that I didn't even know existed. I know so much more now than I did before I took the course. Even if you didn't show it to us, I've learned that there are way more things you can do in Photoshop than I thought.
The course was great, your teaching is amazing, you're really friendly and know what you're doing! And you have a great eye when it comes to creativity, so that helps so much when learning how to edit photos.

I would highly recommend Aaron's class to anyone who is interested in bringing their photos to a new level. My photos have improved so much after just a few classes, the reaction from my friends and family is pretty overwhelming.
I also have a lot more confidence in my ability to use photoshop to enhance my photos...I understand the tools and the unlimited creativity available...I learned techniques from Aaron that I have never read about or seen in a tutorial.

I have learned a lot in just 4 weeks of lessons. The way the class is formatted and structured is very good. I can see that Aaron has worked very hard to make this course a success.
He is very clear with the explanations and takes the time during class to make sure everybody is learning. The resources that are used to teach, work perfectly and the class runs smoothly.
Since I am overseas, having the opportunity to take this class at home, on line, had been very convenient and productive.

This workshop was really worth the money. After taking this course i've learned that if I have an idea in my mind there are lots of different ways of achieving it. I used to just go through my post production with guessing, but now when I edit my photos I have a better understanding of what i'm doing and how I can achieve the image i painted in my mind. It's a really cool experience meeting new people from the class and seeing how they used the techniques from class too.
Aaron is really nice and has A LOT of patience. He makes sure that everyone is understanding what he's doing and that nobody is left behind. The only problem I experienced was some minor difficulties with Skype, and sometimes the program that allows us to see his screen lags and it can be hard to follow. But hey, I know that if I miss anything I can always go to the recap video and reinforce my understanding of what I had trouble on in class. I'm really happy I did this workshop, and I highly recommend this for other people.

I loved that we were able to see Aaron work right on photoshop. I've done a few workshops online and none have offered that and it makes all the difference in the world!! I also loved the Saturday chat...wish I would have taken advantage of that more!! That was a really nice extra option and I LOVE being able to have the videos....so great!
I've done a number of workshops and NONE of them, BY FAR, have taught me as much as this one! Being able to see exactly what Aaron is doing and then being able to go over and over it again with the videos is so extremely valuable. Being able to ask as many questions as we want and the endless availability of Aaron was so indicative of his kindness and willingness to share all! I feel that I have become a completely different artist over the past four weeks and feel that I can actually get to where I have been wanting to take my work now. The workshop was worth every single penny and I would have no doubt paid much more.

I'll make sure when I am making my millions on my art that I put your name in the credits somewhere! ; ) Really thanks so much....it has been invaluable!
